Location was great, pretty close to restaurants, and friendly and helpful staff.

Bed sheets and bath towels are very uncomfortable. Also found a small roach running around in the room.

Clean, modern, great price! Rooms aren't huge but I like that. I would rather have a small, modern room than a larger outdated room and a higher price. I went solo but next time I will bring my wife. Perfect location for train too.

I didn't like the fact that they charged extra for children even though the price for the 2 rooms was the same and the number of people was the same.

Great location right by the station. All the amenities in the room were great. Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice and willing to help.

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly. Located near large train station, made moving around the city convenient. Room was very clean.

Room felt crowded, large chair took up most of the room. Absolutely no storage space.

I am working remotely. The wifi didn't work stableIt either worked in a 2-3 mbps (speed like 20 years ago), or didn't connected at all. I could bearly send WhatsApp messages I was complaining to the property each day, they even moved me to a different room, and it didn't help. So basically I was loosing money while o was there. Also the room wasn't cleanThere was hair on my sheets, and the sheets was stained. The rooms are very much low maintained, the back of the couch was teared up.The cartain was trashed and didn't block the light (in the first room it was ok, in the 2nd room it was broken)I asked for daily cleaning, but the bathroom floor was never cleaned. The shower had has a very low water pressure, can bearly wash shampoo of my hearThe staff receptionist are very rude, and they don't speak English at all (in other hotels in Japan they do)They work like robots and don't know how to solve problems or offer solutions. After 3 days wifi wasn't stable, and I was unable to work, I asked to supply me with pocket wifi and they refused, and didn't offer any solution other than asking me to check out now (mid stay)And also one receptionist went out of the reception and put her hands on me

Good value for money option with a bonus of having a massage chair after long walking days

Rooms are small and not possible for two person's luggage to be open while still having walking space

Although the room is small, it offers everything I needed, and if you travel solo with a single luggage, it's actually enough space for opening your luggage and still move around freely in the room. The room layout is pretty decent and the bathroom size is pretty good that you don't feel being crammed in a space. There's a massage chair in the room, which occupies some space and may or may not be preferred by everyone, but I actually enjoyed the chair after a day of walking and sightseeing. I had breakfast and it was pretty nice with enough varieties of food to choose from. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the hotel is located near Hibiya subway station and Yurakucho subway station and Yurakucho JR station. Overall I was pretty satisfied with my stay there.

The room is on the smaller side, but it's not too bad at all especially if you travel solo.

Breakfast was ok with enough options to please most people, but nothing spectacular. Coffee/Juice selection was good. Staff were very friendly. Check out at 12pm was great. Location was excellent.

the hotel is has everything that you need and I have to say that it is big compared to other hotels that I have stayed in Today ( the massage chair in the room is amazing!) the location is perfect and the mall next door and the metro line is a plus! I will definitely stay there next time I come to Tokyo
